Check-in is 4:00-10:00 p.m./ check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Open 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.

Smoking is permitted only outside of the house.

At check in guests are provided a private code to gain entry to the house

A $25 reservation deposit, will be charged to credit card on file at the time of confirmation. The remainder of your payment will be collected during your stay. A credit card number must be provided to hold your reservation.

Only children 13 years old or older are allowed to stay, unless specific reservation requirements are made with management.

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours ahead of your stay. For more urgent reservations, call 989-984-5300 and availability will be considered.

Please submit any food allergies or aversions to the owner as you make your reservation.

Rates for the year, are not set until January 15 of that year. Should you make a reservation for the next year, be advised that the rate could change. Any change to the next years rate, should be no more than $10- Holiday and weekend increases will always apply.

Cancellation policy:

A refund will be issued (minus $25 reservation deposit-per room reserved) with a 7 day advance notice.

If less than a 7 day advance notice is given, no refund will be issued unless the room can be rented.
